V2A1230 When AI is generating bug description, on the same time if we create any new custom field and click on create. page is getting refresh..redirecting to dash board page and the bug description whatever is being generted is completely gone, again need to raise freshly

The issue will be saved as a draft based on the flow you shared. However, the add issue popup refreshes to reflect the newly added custom field.

 

Currently, the draft issue will only be visible in the list view.

 

We will address this issue based on our priority list. Thank you for bringing it to our attention!

Hi Srinivasa,

 

As seen in the video you shared, the card was not moved to the "Closed" status, which is why the count did not update. I have attached a video where I followed the same steps, and the count updated correctly. Please try again and let us know if the issue persists.

It looks like I was using the wrong format for my test request's body. Switching to a standard POST request (as seen here) fixed the issue.

Update: I've tried adding a Content-Type header set to “application/json” to the request body, but that doesn't seem to be helping.
